Assistant Principal

Mr. Francisco Delgado

It is an honor to serve as the principal for Jackson-Keller Elementary School. As Principal, one of my main goals is to provide the best customer service to you and our community members. I can’t wait to meet you, the students, teachers, staff, and community members. I will work diligently to ensure a positive transition to the school and community. Our hardworking teachers and staff are committed to providing the best education to your children and will continue to form a strong connection of learning between the school and your home. We will continue to build strong relationships with your children to ensure them that Jackson-Keller Elementary genuinely cares about their success. I look forward to sharing my skills as an instructional leader with teachers and staff and becoming a partner with you to help and support your child’s learning in and out of school.

In addition to my professional accomplishments, my greatest achievement is my family. My strongest supporters are my wife and 4 children. As a parent, I expect the best education for my children, so I want to ensure that Jackson-Keller Elementary provides the best educational experience possible for every student who comes through our doors.

Together, we will accomplish great experiences and work collaboratively to celebrate the success of all students in and out of the classroom. Together, we will succeed.

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Pam Moczygemba

was born and raised in the San Antonio area. I received a Music Scholarship and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with certification in English to teach grades 1-8.

Upon graduation, I taught 3rd grade and identified GT students in grades K-5 in NISD, and I graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I then taught middle school in NEISD at Wood Middle School. I was approached to teach grades 4-6 in one classroom at a Montessori private school and after 5 years of service, I returned to NEISD to teach 4th grade at Fox Run Elementary for two school years. Recently, I was placed at Jackson-Keller to teach identified GT students and Enrichment students (Grades K-5). I arrived at Jackson-Keller Elementary at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year from Olmos Elementary, where I taught second-graders for four years.

I am looking forward to continuing to service the Jackson-Keller community as the Assistant Principal.
